I absolutely adore sitter photo sessions! They just might be my favorite (oh it’s so hard to pick, I love all my photo sessions)! What is a sitter session? Well, let me tell you all about it. A sitter photo session is for children who are confidently sitting up and usually just before they start crawling. These sessions can range from around 6 to 10 months. But every child is different so we always schedule these sessions on the child’s timeline. These sessions can take place on location or in my LaSalle, Illinois studio.
I love everything about this stage in a baby’s journey. They are coming into their own little personalities at this age. Shooting sitter sessions I get fabulous smiles, furrowed brows, giggles, sweet little voices calling to dada or mama. Oh, how I love those sweet little noises they are starting to make. Their big beautiful eyes, beautiful round faces, perfect toes, and little fingers and let’s not leave out leg rolls for days.
